Ingredients

flour…………………………………………………Article 1.5         water…………………………………………….1/3 Art

sugar………………………………………………..1 tbsp

Halva recipe. The cooking processWash seeds, fry and 2 times through a meat grinder (with husk). Separately, in an enamel pot without fat red hot meal (it must be all the time to stir). Mix the flour with the seeds, and then a couple more times to miss all through the meat grinder.Prepare the syrup: Pour the sugar water over high heat bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook until it disappears the taste of raw water.

After that, remove the syrup from the heat, pour vegetable oil, shake well, add the ground seeds, stir and shift quickly back in shape. Put in the fridge to solidify under pressure
