how to make red chilli chutney

Red Chilli Chutney, a hot and highly spiced yet scrumptious chutney prepared from dry crimson chillies is a should have condiment to complements the flavor and flavor of many Indian snack gadgets. This chutney recipe makes use of dry pink chillies and combines its hotness with garlic to take its taste profile to the following level. Not best that, the paste of chilli, ginger, garlic and spices is sautéed in oil to give it a tempting flavor and texture which isn’t possible in any other case.

Ingredients:
28 dry red chilli, coconut oil, small onion, curry leaves, turmeric

first heat coconut oil then put dry red chilli, then onion and curry leaves last add some turmeric powder. after well fried chillies to a small mixie jar and add salt then grind it. red Chilli Chutney ready.
